  • Choose the new site (WMMR) that offers many additional features.  Club and district officers will have membership names and addresses available in addition to other Lionistic information about each member.  Clubs will have the ability to make changes, add or drop members, and then print their MMR.  Because the new site uses the headquarters database, your changes are made as soon as the transaction is completed.  In the Reports section you will be able to generate rosters, labels, club directories and prepare billing invoices for club members.  Officer reporting (PU101) information including meeting place and time can also be entered.

Privacy policies cannot allow all members access to this site.  Only current club officers on file at headquarters will have access; i.e., President, Secretary and Treasurer.  The president and secretary have “read and write” privileges while the treasurer has “read only” access for membership but write privileges to the club billing section.  At the multiple district and district level, all access to club information is “read only.”  The following multiple district and district officers on file at international headquarters will have password access:

Council Chairperson
Council Secretary
Council Treasurer
Council Secretary/Treasurer
District Governor
Vice District Governor
Cabinet Secretary/Treasurer

Enter the Lions membership reporting page with this link.  You will need a user name and password.  Your new member number is your user name.  Look above your name on the mailing label of your Wisconsin Lion newspaper. The left number is your club and the right number is your member number.  If you are not the primary Lion in your family membership, your treasurer can give it to you from the most recent International billing.  Your password will be emailed to you if you visit this page and fill in your member number.  You must have an email on file.  The secretary submits it every April or May on the PU-101 form.

The coolest thing about the new system...when there is nothing to report, all you have to do is click one link and you are done!
